Today we offer you the GERAS olive oil, from the silver-green olive groves of the 5 villages of Geras bay in Lesvos Island. A healthful, tasteful, excellent quality extra organic virgin olive oil, certified by the Certification & Inspection Organisation of Organic Products (DIO), according to the EU Organic Regulation 834/2007, marked as product of Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) / Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) and awarded in the 3rd Eleotechnia 2010 - Mediterranean Exhibition of Olives and Olive Oil with the silver Kotinos award for high quality and finest packaging of extra-virgin olive oil.
GERAS olive oil is a cold-pressed olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. GERAS olive oil owes its unique quality to the particular conditions prevailing in Lesvos groves and comes from Kolovi and Adramitiani olives, the varieties flourishing in the bay of Geras.
Human factor and family tradition guarantees excellent quality in farming, harvesting, pressing the olives and packaging their oil. Ideal for cooking and salads, we give you our precious product as a “geras”, in bottles of 250ml, 500 ml and 750 ml, to taste, enjoy and relish.
